A little about me…

Hello and welcome,

My name is Sabira, and I am a mother to three wonderful children — two boys and one girl. Each of my pregnancies, births and feeding journeys taught me something new; each one different, each with its challenges and each with its own precious wins.

Motherhood has shown me that no pregnancy, birth or baby is ever the same and every family has their own unique needs. This understanding sparked a deep passion in me to support expectant parents in building confidence, knowledge and trust in their own instincts. Every family I walk with enriches my practice and strengthens my ability to offer truly tailored, compassionate care — a safe space where informed choices, emotional wellbeing and physiological birth are honoured.

Alongside my private work, I am an Infant Feeding Specialist within the NHS at a leading London hospital, supporting families from many cultures and backgrounds. In this role, I nurture close and loving relationships between parents and their babies, offering antenatal conversations that explore hopes, concerns and feeding preferences. After birth, I often meet mothers who feel overwhelmed, depleted or shaken by their birthing experience and I gently support them in processing and making sense of those early days — because emotional safety profoundly shapes feeding, bonding and recovery.

My journey has guided me to train as a Birth and Postnatal Doula, Hypnobirthing Instructor, and now as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practitioner in training. I also teach baby massage classes, creating a calm, welcoming space for parents to bond with their little ones and build confidence in nurturing touch.

My understanding of physiological birth, labour progression and the biomechanics of birth allows me to offer grounded, practical support to you and your birth partner- helping you maintain a calm, respectful and protected birthing environment.

I would be honoured to walk beside you on your unique path into parenthood — whether this is your first baby, or your second, third or fourth. Every journey deserves to be held with care.
