Preparing for your baby's feeding journey before birth can make a real difference to your confidence in those early days. This personalised antenatal consultation is designed to help you understand what to expect, answer your questions and prepare for feeding in a way that feels right for you and your family

Newborn Feeding Consultation

£180

Specialist support when feeding isn't going as expected

Whether feeding feels painful, overwhelming or simply isn't going the way you had hoped, I'm here to provide calm, compassionate and evidence-based support to help you understand what's happening and make a plan together.

Suitable for support with:

• Painful feeding

• Latch or positioning difficulties

• Low or abundant milk supply

• Expressing and pumping

• Bottle feeding or combination feeding

• Babies who seem unsettled during feeds

• Concerns about weight gain

• Tongue tie concerns

Follow-Up Consultation – £80

Ongoing Feeding Support | Approximately 60 Minutes

For families who have already had an initial consultation and would benefit from reviewing progress, addressing ongoing concerns or adjusting their feeding plan.

Priority Feeding Consultation – £210

Priority Appointment | Up to 2 Hours

For families seeking prompt specialist feeding support, subject to availability.

Includes a comprehensive feeding assessment, personalised care plan, follow-up recommendations and one week of agreed WhatsApp or email support.

Dream Birth Package

Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation Antenatal sessions (up to 10 hours of antenatal education) where we will discuss:

  • Your ideals or fears surrounding birth

  • Birth preferences

  • Relaxation techniques for labour and beyond

  • Rebozo techniques and positions for labour and birth

  • Practical logistics for birth and the wider family

  • Most importantly discuss how I can support you at such a special time.

  • WhatsApp and phone support throughout pregnancy to discuss midwife appointments in depth

  • One session after the birth of your baby to debrief and to ensure you are off to a great start on your transformational journey!

  • As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I can also offer specialist feeding support after your baby arrives should you need it. If more in-depth feeding support is required beyond your postnatal visit, this can be booked separately at a reduced rate for birth doula clients.

Flexible Postnatal Support

Gentle, practical and personalised support as you settle into life with your new baby.

Daytime Postnatal Support – £35 per hour

Minimum booking: 2 hours per visit

Gentle, nurturing and practical support as you recover from birth and settle into life with your baby.

Support is tailored to your family's individual needs and may include newborn care, everyday feeding guidance, emotional reassurance, rest and practical help around the home.

Booking arrangements:

An initial six-hour booking of £210 is required to reserve your postnatal support. These hours are prepaid and fully deducted from your visits.

Additional hours can be arranged according to your needs and my availability.

Overnight Postnatal Support – £40 per hour

Minimum booking: 10 hours per night

Calm, reassuring overnight support to help you and your family get the rest you need.
